A variety of fresh oven roasted meats carved
to order in white glove fashion. Herb crusted leg of lamb, marinated loin of
pork and roasted Vermont turkey. To enhance the flavors the butcher’s
corner offers a variety of homemade chutney’s and hot gravies. Assorted
breads and cold salads are also available as part of the display.
