Italy. The name invokes visions of vine
-covered hills, terra-cotta tiles, magnificent art, and irresistible food. Here
your guests will enjoy a selection of imported cheeses including parmigiano,
provolone, ricotta salata, fontina, and asiago. Cold specialties such as
calamari and scungilli salad , grilled vegetables, tomato and red onions, just
to name a few. Cured meats including prosciutto, capicolla, mortadella and
dried sausage. Not to be outdone our extensive hot section includes fried
seafood, stuffed clams, New Zealand mussels marinara, eggplant rollatini,
polenta with a porcini mushroom ragu, chicken rustica, and risotto Milanese.
