At its best, Portuguese food is simple
ingredients impeccably prepared. It is based on regional produce, emphasizing
fish, meat, olive oil, tomato and spices. Some of the more popular dishes
served to your guests will include Bacalhau a Gomes de Sa, Costelas de Porco
Grelhadas, Pasteis de Bacalhau, and Caldo Verde. From the island of Madiera we
offer beef and bay leaf kebabs served with Portuguese rolls. An assortment of
cold salads including fava beans with cilantro and chickpeas with salt cod.
Portuguese wines finish the display.
