"Dear Westchester Manor, A few weeks ago I attended a Christening at The Manor. That was my second big event there in a year. Not only was the food delicious, but it was plated as if it were to be photographed for a magazine. This is not the usual catering hall food. Very impressive!!! The staff was wonderful and very attentive. Since the first event I noticed that you must have done some extensive landscaping and remodeling because the place looked absolutely beautiful!! Every time now that I hear of an engagement or any occasion that warrants the use of a caterer, I always mention your name. I am looking forward to the next big bash there. Yours truly, Lisa Owens"
