“A Sweet Confection"
A three tiered stand artfully arranged with an assortment of pastries, Italian cookies, fresh sliced fruit and petit fours presented on the tables.

“A Plated Dessert"
A selection of seasonal desserts plated with appropriate fruit sauce, fresh whipped cream and confectionery sugar.

“Dessert Stations"
A tableside presentation of Italian pastries, cookies, fresh fruit. Gelato sundae bar with all condiments. Crepes alla carte with various fruit fillings. Presented in lounge area.

“Venetian Dessert Tables"
An extensive display of international desserts and confections presented in our lounge area or outdoor patio. Homemade stations include bananas foster, crepes alla carte, freshly filled cannoli and chocolate fondue. Italian pastries, cookies, assorted cakes, mousses, gelato and sorbet stations also served from our display.

All of our dessert options will include premium after dinner cordials. Ask your banquet manager for details on personal cigar rollers for that extra special touch.
