Veal medallions sautéed with shallots and wild mushrooms, sweet Italian sausage and broccoli di rape or seasonal vegetables. Tender breast of chicken with roasted garlic, capers, olives and sun dried tomatoes. Complimenting seasonal salads complete this station.
